- Destinations located on Kanawha Blvd between Pennsylvania Ave and Clendenin St will remain accessible via Pennsylvania Ave or Virginia St. Access via Clendenin St will not be available.
- Summers St, Summers St Parking Garage to Lee St
- Summers St Parking Garage accessible from Quarrier St
- On-St Parking is not permitted
7 AM - End of Car Show (scheduled for 5 PM)
- Kanawha Blvd closure to extend east to Morris St
- Kanawha Blvd closure will reopen to Hale St once the car show concludes and all vehicles have cleared the roadway
10:50 AM - 11:05 AM
- Rolling Closure: South Side Bridge
- Closure required for The Great Rubber Duck Race
1 PM - End of Fire Parade Staging
- Eastbound lanes of Kanawha Blvd (river side), Patrick St to Ohio Ave
- Closure required for the Fire Parade will staging and lineup
2 PM - End of Fire Parade
- Rolling Closure: Fire Parade
- Route: Kanawha Blvd >> Ohio Ave >> Virginia St >> exit at Brooks St
- Roads will re-open once the parade has passed.
8:30 PM - End of Drone Show
- MacCorkle Ave, Porter Rd to Corridor G/119
- Drone Show starts at approx. 9:30 PM
9:15 PM - End of Drone Show
- Ferry St at Southside Bridge

- Community Centers (Roosevelt, North Charleston, MLK, and Kanawha City) will be closed so the P&R Team can facilitate activities at the WesBanco Family Fun Zone (during the Charleston Sternwheel Regatta). City Pools will be open, weather permitting.
